What the Authorised Distributor Programme Offers
The Bulk Cream Chargers Authorised Distributor Programme is designed for established businesses with existing trade distribution networks who want to add food-grade NOS to their portfolio.
Authorised distributors receive preferential wholesale pricing, territory protection, and the full documentation and compliance support to sell food-grade NOS confidently to their trade customers.
We work with distributors across the UK and internationally. Whether you supply foodservice, retail, or trade wholesale, we tailor the arrangement to your market and volume.
Distributor Requirements
We work with established, compliant distribution businesses
Business Registration
Must be a registered legal business entity. Company registration number or equivalent documentation required. Sole traders are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Documentation
Ability to provide standard business documentation on request: company registration, VAT number, proof of trade address, and confirmation of culinary/foodservice distribution activity.
Volume Commitment
Minimum monthly or quarterly volume commitment required for territory exclusivity. Volume thresholds are discussed during the application process and set in the partnership agreement.
Culinary / Foodservice Focus
Distribution must be to culinary, foodservice, or legitimate commercial buyers only. We do not accept applications from businesses intending to sell to retail consumers without verified business registration.
Storage Capability
Warehouse or storage facility for safe, compliant storage of food-grade NOS. Storage must meet safety requirements outlined in the SDS. Cold chain not required for standard NOS supply.
Compliance Agreement
Agreement to the Bulk Cream Chargers responsible commercial supply terms. Distributors are responsible for ensuring their downstream customers are commercial buyers.

Distributor Programme FAQ
Is territory exclusivity guaranteed from the start?
Territory exclusivity is available for distributors meeting the minimum volume commitment. Exclusivity is confirmed at the agreement stage, not during the application. If your target territory is already taken by an existing partner, we will discuss alternative territories or non-exclusive arrangements.
What volume commitment is required?
Minimum volume commitments for the distributor programme are discussed during the onboarding call. They vary by territory size and market. As a guide, distributors typically commit to a minimum monthly pallet volume. Specific thresholds are set in the partnership agreement.
Can international distributors apply?
Yes. We welcome applications from international distributors with import capability and established trade distribution networks. International partners typically operate on container supply agreements. Import documentation and customs support is included.
What documentation do I need to provide to my customers?
Authorised distributors receive the full documentation pack (CoA, SDS, food-grade certification) which they can pass directly to their trade customers. We also provide a distributor-branded documentation option for partners who prefer co-branded compliance paperwork.
